CooCoo is run by OpenLegion LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which decides what is kept and why. Reach us at admin@curiouscake.com, or through @CooCooParty on X.

From X, when you sign in

Your X id, display name, handle, avatar, when the account was created, its verification status and follower count, and your confirmed email address if X provides it. The handle and avatar are shown publicly on your letters and walls. The account facts are used to decide who is eligible for community programmes and to keep out duplicate accounts. We never post, follow or message on your behalf.

What you make here

Letters, drawings and wall marks, including earlier versions, and counts of how often your links are opened and shared. These are public by design. Reports about content are kept with a hashed network address or member id of the reporter.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in. Opening a member’s link sets a cookie for 30 days that remembers whose link it was, so they get credit if you join. Others remember that you have seen the intro (a year), which coos a signed-out browser has given, and the launchpad’s light or dark theme. The browser also keeps a few preferences and unsaved drafts on your own device, such as muted sound. There are no advertising cookies.

Wallets and the launchpad

We don’t store the wallets you connect. Your wallet connects through Reown (WalletConnect), which sees the connection, and the launchpad’s pages read your balances and launches from the blockchain. Our index copies public blockchain activity for launches made here, including the wallet addresses in each trade. Trades and launches are public on the blockchain for good, and a launch’s name, picture, description and links are shown here to everyone. A picture you upload for a launch is stored under its own fingerprint and served publicly. We never hold keys or move funds.

Who else sees it

Hosting and database providers process data on our behalf (Vercel, Neon, and Cloudflare for uploaded pictures and media), Reown handles wallet connections, and anonymous performance analytics are collected by the hosting provider. Server logs, including your network address and security reports your browser sends, are kept briefly by the host. Nothing you write or draw is sent to a model provider. We don’t sell data. Public content, once shared, may be copied by anyone who saw it.

Your choices

You can mail a replacement letter at any time; earlier versions may stay reachable at their own addresses. To delete your account and everything tied to it, email admin@curiouscake.com or ask through the project’s X account. See also the terms.
